Enquiry privacy notice

This notice explains how Anti Gravity Pty Ltd (ABN 44 655 081 815) (“Antigrav Labs”, “we”) handles the personal information you give us when you send an enquiry through this website. We handle it in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Your name, work email address and company; what you’re interested in; and, if you give them, your role, phone number and message. We also record which campaign link brought you here (UTM tags) and the website you came from, without its query string. We don’t store your IP address with your enquiry, and this website sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

To stop spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and receives your IP address. Our servers also handle your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions; it isn’t saved with your enquiry.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss how our products or services could fit your business. Sending an enquiry doesn’t sign you up for marketing emails. If you don’t give us the required details, we can’t respond through the form, but you can email us instead.

Where it’s kept and who we share it with

Your enquiry is stored in our central leads database, which holds enquiries and sign-ups for Antigrav Labs products, kept separate for each product. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising. These service providers handle it for us, and may only use it to provide their services:

• Neon, which stores the database in Sydney, Australia.
• Railway, which runs the service that receives your enquiry, in Singapore.
• Resend, which delivers the notification of your enquiry to our team, in the United States.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and runs the spam check, in Australia and other countries, including the United States.
• Our business email provider, where we receive the notification and reply to you.

Because some of these providers are overseas, your information may be disclosed outside Australia, including to Singapore and the United States. We take reasonable steps, including contractual terms, to make sure they handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for 12 months after your latest enquiry or our last recorded contact with you, then delete it. The same applies to the copy of your enquiry in our support mailbox.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@antigravlabs.com.au. If you have a privacy concern or complaint, contact us at the same address. We’ll acknowledge it promptly and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.
